The City Hall reference

The City Hall, the city's largest agency, is the target aimed by major guilds' presidents. There are five levels of positions from the bottom of the deputies to the top of the City Hall' chairman. Each position has its relative power; each position is decided by elections and votes. Only guild presidents have the right of elections, but all the players are eligible to vote. Therefore, it is very important to own great popularity. The position gained by your effort is not a secure job. You may be impeached by your subordinates or officers of the same level even if you are the City Hall' s chairman.Once the impeachment is passed, you will lose the position immediately.Therefore, you should do your jobs well even if you have got the position.





A: Vote
If the players have Sponsorship Vouchers, they can vote for candidates without number limited. The people who run in election or who are in impeachment have no right to vote.

B: Position Promotion
The City Hall's positions just can be got from the bottom and it will be promoted to the next higher level by election. There are two ways of promotion: one is to lean towards store management and the other is to lean towards street management. However, both of the two ways will reach the same top---the City Hall's Chairman.

C: Power
You can exercise your power from the second position. The higher position you hold, the more power you can own. The power can influence yourself and the whole Guild.

D: Impeachment
No matter which position you hold, you can apply for impeachment to a higher level. It is also a process of voting. After impeachment, the position will be vacant and the other players can run for it.
