Media System Reference:

1. The Media System is a congregation of all kinds of media agencies, through which the players can publish comments to promote their companies or to attack their competitors.

2. There are 5 types of media: newspaper, radio, magazine, TV and internet.

3. Each media company has its own influence. The more commonly-used a media company is, the more influential it is.

4. The players can access the Media System by clicking on Media on the navigation bar. The players' information, such as Reputation, Popularity, Brand Value and ROS, can be found in the inner page of the Media System.

5. Every day, each of the above media can be used only once by a player to promote his company or attack a competitor. The fees for requesting the media to do so vary depending on the intimacy level between a player and the media company. When the intimacy level is too low, your request may be denied by them.

6. When a player requests the media to promote his company or attack his competitors, the media company may quote a higher price than it's supposed to be or deny this request, the possibility of which has something to do with the intimacy level between the player and the media company, along with the media company's influence.

7. Media of the same kind competes with one another. The increase of a media company's influence will lead to the decline of other media companies' influence. So, if you would like to keep a long-term cooperation with a media company, you have to maintain its influence.

8. You will raise the intimacy level between you and the media agency that you cooperate a lot with to promote your company or attack your competitors. Meanwhile, this will bring down the intimacy level between you and the other media companies of the same type.

9. If you request a media agency to attack one of your competitors who happens to have a good partnership with the media agency, your request will probably be denied.

10. If any players publish any bad news reports through the media on your company, please do remember to respond to it. Choose Respond to the Media in the Media System and take a stand on/against it, if you do it well enough, you will not only retrieve a loss but even get well-known over night.
